Alecia Holm

Alecia received with her diploma in massage therapy at Healing Mountain Massage School in Cedar City Utah. Her specialty is Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Energy Healing. Cranial Sacral Therapy is another one of her specialties in which she is looking forward to improving her knowledge and getting certified in the Upledger course.

Shortly after moving to Denver, She started at a Chiropractor’s office working with many injury and pinched nerve cases. Many of her patients noticed a great amount of relief after a few sessions of Deep Tissue and Trigger Point massage.

Her passion now is to assist in healing the body, relieving tight muscles and bringing awareness to the public about the benefits of a massage and the relief patients feel after treatments on a regular basis.
